Terms of Service

1. About Glozzer
Glozzer (referred to below as "this service") is a singing-technique annotation tool for singing teachers and students. You can paste your own lyrics, mark each character with symbols, accents, and breath marks, organize them using layers, and collect songs and practice notes into workspaces. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and copyright in lyrics
The lyrics you paste into this service belong to you or their original copyright holder. The lyric text you paste is your private content; this service stores it (character by character), together with the marks you create and their positions, solely to provide and sync the service to you. We do not provide a lyrics database, we do not obtain lyrics from any third party, and we will not make your content public or distribute it. You are responsible for any content you paste or use, and must ensure that you have the right to do so. You retain ownership of your own marks and notes; to provide and display this content, you grant this service a license to store and process them within the scope of its operations.
3. Account
You can sign in with Google or Apple, or start in guest mode. Guest-mode data is tied to the current device and session, and may be lost if it is not transferred to a permanent account. Please safeguard your sign-in method; you are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use this service to engage in unlawful activity, infringe the rights of others, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the service, or access others' data without authorization. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Fees
This service is currently (V1) completely free, and existing features will continue to be provided free of charge. If paid plans or features are added in the future, we will announce this on the site in advance and update these terms accordingly.
6. Service provided "as is"
This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it stable and accurate, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully suited to your particular needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When there is a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page; continuing to use this service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
